This charming English Cottage style home was built in 1929 in Lakewood area neighborhood close to lake Washington.

The owner's plan was to keep the original character of the house and bring it up to date. The aging structure was upgraded structurally and the wiring, plumbing and heating was replaced.

The layout of the rooms is original. Period-appropriate improvements were made at the main floor level to the Living room, Bath and Kitchen. The lower level storage areas were remodeled to a Media Room and new Bathroom. 		‹ Return to Projects
