Drachen Building

The mixed use Drachen Building complements the surrounding architecture of Seattle's urban Queen Anne Hill neighborhood, while at the same time establishes a unique expression of its own.

Gregov Architects served as executive architects to design architect Ibsen Nelsen. Solidly built and well finished, the building includes: Coffee Shop and Retail at first floor level, the Drachen Foundation Study Center at second floor level with landscaped deck facing the street and Offices at third floor level. 		‹ Return to Projects
